Life Continues

Origami Risk has taken the bulk of my attention for the past several years. In the early years it also took the bulk of my extra income.

So lately we’ve been playing catch-up with some family stuff. I mentioned the bedroom split out. This involves new beds for both girls, some new bedroom furniture and new carpets (the current carpets have an interesting collection of stains).

And today we did the initial orthodontist appointment for Danielle. This is my genetic fault (big teeth, small mouth). We’ve known this was coming for a while, so we’ve set aside some cash.

It just feels like life moving on. New bedrooms, braces, furniture, life. Expensive, but all good.

How come when I had braces there were no color options?…
